Risk disclosure

Most people who trade memecoins lose money. Depositing into a vault does not change that — it changes who is making the decisions, not the odds of the underlying activity.

You should expect that:

  • A vault can lose most or all of its value, quickly. Positions are in assets that routinely fall more than 90%.
  • Past performance tells you little. A short record is mostly variance, which is why records here carry a trade count and a luck test.
  • Trading costs are severe. Pool fees alone can exceed 5% of the book per month at ordinary churn.
  • A leader may be incompetent, unlucky, or both, and no rail on this platform prevents a bad trade.
  • Smart contract risk is real. An audit reduces it; nothing removes it.
  • You may be unable to exit at a price you like. In-kind withdrawal is always available, but what you receive is the assets themselves, which you then have to sell yourself.

Only commit capital you can afford to lose entirely.

Terms of use

Nature of the service. Meme Vaults is software. It does not take custody of assets, does not manage anyone's money, does not give advice, and does not guarantee any outcome. Vault leaders are independent third parties, not employees or agents of the platform.

No advice, no solicitation. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation of any asset, vault or strategy. Figures shown are illustrative.

You are responsible for your own wallet. We never hold your keys and cannot recover them, reverse a transaction, or restore access to a lost wallet.

Leader conduct. Leaders set their own terms within the limits the program enforces. The platform does not vet strategies, does not endorse leaders, and does not make anyone whole for losses.

Eligibility. You are responsible for determining whether using this service is lawful where you live, and for any tax arising from your activity.

Availability. The service is provided as-is, without warranty, and may change or stop without notice.

This is a prototype. No live service exists, no capital can be deposited, the wallet adapter is simulated and every figure on this site is invented. This page is a placeholder showing where the real disclosures belong, and is not itself legal drafting. Before anything here goes live, these terms and the platform's jurisdiction need proper legal review — pooled capital with a manager taking a profit share is a regulated arrangement in most places.
